Abraded and distorted elongated triangular fragment of copper alloy sheet broken across the base and with a bent-over spiked apex. Possibly part of a Late Saxon finger ring, cf. Goodall, A. R. in Rogerson and Dallas 1984, fig. 110 nos. 12 and 13, but no decoration is discernible. Width at break 12mm. Mid 9th - mid 11th century.

Fragment of a post-medieval copper alloy probable buckle frame, a broad straight edge with parts of the very narrow sides, a stump of one and short length of the other. On the front of the edge a foliar motif, a straight-stemmed plant springing in opposite directions from a central square is reserved on a field of white enamel (which has been lost from one half). No good parallel has been noted for the form, but enamel of this type is found on various types of 17th-century metalwork. Width 24.5mm.
