A very worn cut halfpenny of Henry III voided long cross type dating to AD 1247-1279. The moneyer is probably (GIL)/BER/T ON / [CAN] however the coin is too worn to be certain. The coin appears to have a sceptre so could belong to Classes 4-5g, through which Gilbert struck. These classes were issued between AD 1250 and 1272.

A worn copper alloy half-penny trade token dating to the post-medeieval period. The token is heart shaped and was issued by Richard Fowler of Faringdon, Berkshire in AD 1669. This is not a common token however one other has been recorded on this database, found several miles from this example. Norweb 1781.

A complete copper alloy strap end dating to the early-medieval period. The strap end is of Thomas's (2003) Class A Type 1, Trewhiddle style. It has a zoomorphic head with narrowed snout and ears lying flat on the head. Exceptionally this strap end has small dark red or brown glass or stone inserts as eyes. Behind the head is a panel with indistinct Trewhiddle-type decoration, but unfortunately corrosion obscures the design, however it appears to have been silvered as small traces of this metal survive.
