An incomplete copper alloy rowel spur of post-medieval date. The spur consists of a circular sectioned neck which splits to form the rowel box with perforations through which to secure the rowel. The neck extends and forks to form curved arms with a D-shaped section, both of which terminate in worn breaks. The metal has a mid greyish-green patina and is worn. The spur is 55.9mm long, 43.1mm wide, 12.8mm thick and weighs 27.7g.

A complete copper alloy bullion weight of post-medieval date. The weight is circular in plan with a rectangular section. Both faces are stamped with five annulets representing the weight it was intended to measure, that of five pennies. The metal is a mid blackish-brown colour and is slightly worn. The weight is 18.7mm in diameter, 3.5mm thick and weighs 7.3g.

An incomplete lead cloth seal of post-medieval date. The seal is of the two disc type though the majority of the reverse disc has been lost along with the connecting strip. The front surface bears the raised design of the letter "A" within a circumferential border. What remains on the reverse is a series of pellets which may represent a pinecone. The seal is 19.3mm in diameter, 3.8mm thick and weighs 4.7g. The 'A' and pinecone design indicates the seal is likely to have originated in Augsburg, Germany as the pinecone is the heradlic badge of the city. It is suggested that such …

A complete copper alloy halfpenny trade token of post-medieval date. The token was issued by grocer Jeremiah Barstowe of Leeds in 1667. Obverse: IEREMIAH BARSTOWE around coat of arms. Reverse: OF LEEDES HIS HALF PENY around B//I/A//1667 with sheep in centre. The token is 19.5mm in diameter and weighs 2.3g. A similar example is illustrated in Thompson and Dickinson, pl.22, no.5927. A complete copper alloy buckle of medieval date. The buckle is a single loop with an integral forked spacer and double sheet plate. The frame is circular with a projecting lip on the outer loop edge opposite a narrowed bar around which the pin remains fitted. Both sub-rectangular plates remain fitted to the spacer held in place by two rivets, one at each end. The metal has a mid brownish-green patina and is worn. The buckle is 41.7mm long, 15.1mm wide, 3.5mm thick and weighs 4.6g. A similar example is illustrated in Whitehead, p.37, no.216 and is dated to circa AD 1350 - 1450.
