Lead alloy medieval or post-medieval weight. Discoidal with rectangular section. Plain on one face with a deeply impressed cross on the other. Measuring 18.7mm in diameter and 5.1mm in thickness. It weighs 13.43g and therefore slightly underweight for a half ounce Averdepois. Probably late medieval or post-medieval, circa 1400-1750 AD.

A complete lead seal matrix dating to the medieval period, c. AD 1200 to 1400. The object has a circular face with a crudely inscribed cross with small lines in between the four arms. There is no attempt at a legend. The handle is also very crude and initially tapers away from the matrix before widening towards the end. There is a small circular hole through the handle, presumably for suspension. There are objects with similar matrices recorded on the PAS database, for example see LON-B86F23 and KENT-D5F071 although both of these have some attempt at a legend.

Lead disocoidal weight with an off-centre round perforation.Thickness 9mm. Diameter 30mm. Hole diameter 11mm. The weight, 49.99g, does not correlate with the Troy or Avoirdupois systems. The positioning of the hole in this well made object shows that it is not a spindle whorl. Date uncertain, but not recent.

An incomplete cast lead four part cloth seal of Post-Medieval date. Only one disc and part of the connecting strip survive, the remainder of the object is missing due to old breaks, now worn. It is flat and circular. It bears a bust right of James II with a legend reading OF ENG-LAND. The connecting strip is flat and rectangular. This cloth seal measures 16.10mm in diameter at the disc, 17.76mm in overall length, 4.50mm in length at the connecting strip, 4.32mm in width at the connecting strip, 1.01mm in thickness, 1.72g in weight.
