A complete cast copper alloy crotal bell dating to the post-medieval period. The bell chamber is made of one piece but has a girth seam intended to imitated the seam on earlier two-piece bells. The bell has a square suspension loop that has been seperately moulded and added to the chamber. The remains of 'sunburst' decoration can be seen faintly on both hemispheres. There are two sounding holes on the top of the bell. The founders' hammer mark symbol has been applied to the underside of the bell above the opening, and the iron pea is retained.
