A complete silver strap slide of probable Post Medieval dating (AD 1500 to AD 1700). The strap slide is rectangular in shape, with a D shaped cross section. The corners of the outer edges are bevelled. The inside edge is flat with filemarks present. No traces of decoration are present on either side. No signs of attachments or internal prongs are present. It measures 33.2 mm in length, 19.4 mm wide and 5.5 mm thick. The frame is 3.7 mm thick. It weighs 10.0 g.
