Cast key comprising an oval bow with an external knop, a moulded and collared articulated stem with a central ball joint and a further ball joint over a cylindrical hollow-ended bit engaging with the mechanism of a fob or pocket watch. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1800-1900. Length (as found): 39.2mm, Width: 15.5mm, Thickness (at ball joint sites): 4.1mm, Weight: 2.55gms.
