Incomplete medieval copper alloy hooked bar-mount secured with a rivet and engaged with a pendent loop. The upper end of the mount and a second rivet are missing. The mount is similar to Egan and Pritchard 1991, 1191, and the loop to those on a strap in the Museum of London (ibid. fig. 138). Extant length of mount (minus the hook) 9mm. Width 3.3mm. Loop diameter 9.8mm. 14th century.

A cast copper-alloy strap fitting of Early-Medieval to Medieval date. It is formed from a rectangular plate that is D-shaped in section with flat back face and rounded front face. At each end the plate tapers to identical stylised animal head terminals. These are in the form of animal (dog?) heads with pointed triangular ears, raised brow and globular rounded snout. Medieval sheet copper alloy "shield-shaped" strap end with a bar-mount, of arched section and with four facets on the outer face, attached by one rivet. There is a second rivet at the other end. Both are fitted with square sheet roves. Two pairs of opposed lateral rounded notches have produced an exceptional and far from shield-shaped outline. Probably for use with a folding strap clasp (Egan and Pritchard 1991, 116 and 156-8). Length 19.5mm. Width 9.7mm. Bar-mount 4.8 x 9mm. c.1300 - c.1450.

An incomplete copper-alloy asymmetrical double looped strap fitting of Medieval date. It is missing the pin.
One loop is rectangular and the other is D-shaped. They are separated by an integrally cast rectangular bar. The outer edge is expanded and zoomorphic in the form a stylised animal head, possibly a dog. The long ears are defined by transverse grooves and are laid back along the sides of the frame. There are two opposing diagonal grooves to represent the eyes. The frame then narrows to define the muzzle with a groove beneath the represent the mouth.

An incomplete copper-alloy rectangular strap fitting possibly a mount or belt stiffener of Medieval date. Only part of the front plate survives, the remainder of the object is missing due to old breaks, now worn.
It is flat with a separate copper-alloy rivet in the centre of the surviving attachment end. The front face is decorated with a rectangular border of rocker decoration. Within this are a series of V-shaped transverse rocker decoration. The back face is undecorated.
This strap fitting measures 32.99mm in length, 11.61mm in width, 0.75mm in thickness, 1.72g in weight.
