A post medieval whirligig or buzz disc/wheel, which has been cut from lead sheeting. The buzz disc has a notched (serrated) edge and two slightly off-central holes (3.48mm in diameter), through which a looped string or cord would have been threaded. The disk is 43.99 mm in diameter, 2.18 mm thick and weighs 22.7 grams. It is slightly bent and has serval cuts, probably made by the plough. It has a dark grey patina shading to white at the edges. The disk is 31.39 mm in diameter, 1.86 mm thick and weighs 9.6 grams. It has a dark grey patina shading to white at the edges.
