A copper-alloy scabbard chape, dating from the Late Medieval to early post-Medieval periods. The upper two thirds of the chape have straight vertical sides; the lower third is slightly wider, rounded and terminates in a central knop. The chape would originally have been slotted, with the downward-folded edges capped by a back plate. This plate is missing, but traces of solder on the underside of the cast element indicate the means by which it was attached. A copper alloy mount or strap fitting dating from the Post Medieval period. It has rounded ends and a waisted middle, making a shape rather like a figure of eight. The front is convex and the reverse is flat. Two integral attachment spikes project from the reverse and are bent towards each other, their pointed tips crossing each other. The metal is corroded and has a purple colour with very little patina surviving.

A knapped gun-flint from a flintlock musket of post-medieval to modern date. The flint is rectangular in both plan and cross-section though the section tapers from one end to the other. The flint is dark bluish-grey in colour. The object is 25.5mm long, 24.6mm wide, 6.9mm thick and weighs 5.8g. The flintlock was introduced in the middle of the 16th century and became the main regulation firearm for the British Army during the reign of William III. The knapped flint was used within the musket mechanism to produce a spark and could last between 20-25 shots before it had to be replaced.

An incomplete copper alloy crotal bell dating to the post-medieval period (1600-1900). The crotal bell is spherical with a rounded lug pierced with a circular hole for suspension. It has two holes on the upper half, symmetrically placed either side of the lug and a round-ended slit at the bottom of the lower half. Part of the body of the bell is missing. Both the upper and lower hemispheres are decorated with the popular 'sunburst' design. The copper alloy is worn and has a dark green patina. The object is 24.91mm tall and can be dated from the 17th to 19th century.

Lead alloy possible powder measure cap dating from AD 1500 - 1700. Now squashed, the circular base and side walls of the cap survive. The rim is damaged and parts of the walls are missing. There is a pronounced ring on the base of the cap at the base of the wall. The lead is a grey colour and is hardly patinated. There are no attachment loops surviving. These observations cast some doubt on the identification. The object could be later in date of function unknown.
