An incomplete post-Medieval cast copper-alloy mount (c. 1600-c. 1700). This mount is sub-triangular in plan. At one end it has a pointed knop and at the opposite end there is a stalk-like knop. The body has two parallel ridges below which there are radiating grooves. The rear face is partially concave with the stubs of two spikes. This mount is reddish brown with light green corrosion products. Height: 25.4mm; width: 13.6mm; thickness: 2.6mm; thickness including stubs: 4.4mm. Weight: 2.28g.

Secondary worked black chert, probably late Mesolithic to early Neolithic debitage or multi platform core or possibly an implement abandoned during manufacture. Ventral & dorsal are impossible to distinguish but on one side there are four near parallel removals from the better quality chert and on the other side further intersecting scars that suggest this may once have been part of a core. Cortex has been retained on around 30% of the surface. Dates to between c7000 and c3500 BC.

An incomplete Medieval cast copper-alloy conical pendant seal matrix with a circular die and no inscription (c. 1300-c. 1400). The handle is hexagonal in cross-section and tapers from the die towards a sub-triangular suspension loop with a circular perforation. There is no collar beneath the loop. The die, which has a beaded border, has probably been engraved and depicts a bird pecking or attacking an owl. An incomplete Medieval copper-alloy 'stirrup'-shaped finger-ring. (c. 1150-c. 1450). This ring is large and the inner diameter of the hoop measures 19.8mm. The square bezel (7.8 x 7.8mm) has a recess that contains the remains of white paste. Below the bezel the hoop is bevelled at each side. The outer and inner face of the hoop is slightly convex. An almost complete and misshapen post-Medieval cast-lead powder measure cap used for measuring a charge of gunpowder (c. 1600-c. 1700). Courtney 1988: 2, fig. 3). Both ends are oval and the closed end has a raised ring-and-dot motif at the centre. It is trapezoidal in side view. The sides flare from the closed end towards the rim. One loop is missing. Tertiary flake of heavily patinated Langdale tuff, utilised as a chopping or scraping tool between the mid Neolithic to mid Bronze Age. The definite working is confined to the distal end. This consists of two groups of retouch. The first is invasive, scaled, and low angled. The second is short, sub- parallel, low angled, and may represent an attempt to sharpen the implement. It is difficult to account for the differences in patination on the artefact. The fragment is sub-rectangular in plan with two broken ends, suggesting that the object was longer on these edges. The Diameter is 16.09 mm with a thickness of 3.10 mm and a Weight of 3.6 g. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally. They are therefore hard to date precisely and could be Medieval to post medieval in date (1250-1850 AD).

A complete Cast lead alloy circular double faced token. The token has a raised design of the capital letters IT with the date 1751 below. The other side has II B. It is 22.66 mm in diameter, 3.18 mm thick and weighs 6.3 grams. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally, dated examples are rare and this helps confirm the usual identification of examples with initials as Post Medieval in date.
