An incomplete post-Medieval cast copper-alloy mount (c. 1600-c. 1700). This mount is sub-triangular in plan. At one end it has a pointed knop and at the opposite end there is a stalk-like knop. The body has two parallel ridges below which there are radiating grooves. The rear face is partially concave with the stubs of two spikes. This mount is reddish brown with light green corrosion products. Height: 25.4mm; width: 13.6mm; thickness: 2.6mm; thickness including stubs: 4.4mm. Weight: 2.28g.

An almost complete and misshapen post-Medieval cast-lead powder measure cap used for measuring a charge of gunpowder (c. 1600-c. 1700). Courtney 1988: 2, fig. 3). Both ends are oval and the closed end has a raised ring-and-dot motif at the centre. It is trapezoidal in side view. The sides flare from the closed end towards the rim. One loop is missing. A clipped post-medieval silver shilling of James I (1603-1625). Uncertain coinage (North 2072-2073, 2099-2101, 2124-2125). Initial mark: unclear, dating to 1603-1625. Mint of London (Tower). North (1975, 121-124). This coin has been heavily clipped inside of its inner bead circle, so the legends have been removed. The obverse is very worn with only the XII denomination and the crown showing. The reverse is worn with only the outline of the shield and the bottom two quarters showing. The maximum diameter is 20.5mm, it is 0.7mm thick, and weighs 2.10g.

A complete Cast lead alloy circular double faced token. The token has a raised design of the capital letters IT with the date 1751 below. The other side has II B. It is 22.66 mm in diameter, 3.18 mm thick and weighs 6.3 grams. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally, dated examples are rare and this helps confirm the usual identification of examples with initials as Post Medieval in date.

Tertiary flake of heavily patinated Langdale tuff, utilised as a chopping or scraping tool between the mid Neolithic to mid Bronze Age. The definite working is confined to the distal end. This consists of two groups of retouch. The first is invasive, scaled, and low angled. The second is short, sub- parallel, low angled, and may represent an attempt to sharpen the implement. It is difficult to account for the differences in patination on the artefact.
