A medieval lead pilgrim ampulla. It has a circular body and sub-triangular neck with a loop on either side. The top is crimped together and the item as a whole does not appear to have been opened. One side of the body is decorated with a shield containing a crown with letter I below. The other side depicts an eight-pointed star or flower petals, set against a hatched perimeter.
