Copper alloy and glass fob seal matrix. Oval panel of transparent smoky yellow glass within a pressed metal gilded frame. The glass is engraved with the facing bust of a balding clean shaven man with sideburns wearing a cravatte or similar neckwear with a high collared garment; possibly with a buttoned shirt below. A six character legend in Roman capitals identifies this as BRIGHT, probably referring to Radical campaigner John Bright (1811-1889).
