Mid to late Bronze Age serrated implement, and possible knife/scraper, formed on a tertiary flake of pale honey flint with large cream inclusions. Serrated edges have been formed by short, semi-parallel, abrupt retouch to the distal/mesal edges and the oblique distal end edge. The height of the dorsal ridge has been reduced and the proximal end thinned by invasive, scaled, low-angled retouch. Dates from c1600 to c800 BC.
The length is 41mm, width 17mm, thickness 8mm, and the weight is 4.60g.
