Copper alloy scoop from a seed drill. Cast hemispherical spoon on the narrower end of a slightly tapered round-section stem. The stem is stepped towards the other end, for insertion into a rotating drum. This class of object is frequently reported, and variously misidentified, often as an apothecary spoon or cosmetic implement. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1800-1900. Length: 50.3mm, Diameter (bowl): 8.1mm, Thickness (stem): 6.9mm, Weight: 9.07g.

Lead cloth seal. Pair of cast discs linked by sprue and clamped together. One side bears the motif of a bishop's mitre within a tressure with trefoils or lis on its cusps. The other side bears a W (or possibly M) with an annulet on either side within a pelleted circle. Patinated overall. The mitre was among the badges associated with the German city of Augsburg, noted for its fustian cloths. An early post-medieval date is suggested by the letter style. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1500-1600. Length: 30.5mm, Diameter (discs): 20.0mm, Thickness: 4.6mm, Weight: 11.74gms.

Copper alloy double oval buckle frame with missing pin and narrowed triangular-section strap bar. The outside edge of each loop is scalloped forming seven foils defined by deep transverse grooves, with slightly shallower transverse grooves between. There is a very slight trace of possible gilding on the upper surface. The reverse face of the buckle is plain and flat and the frame is now slightly angled. Whitehead dates buckles of this type to circa 1450-1600 AD.

An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman Colchester derivative Polden Hill brooch (flat wing ends type, Midlands) dating from the late first through to second century AD. The brooch has a thick rounded head with short stubby wings that has a linear moulding around each terminal. At the reverse junction of the head and the wings is a hook that would have helped tension the axis bar for the spring mechanism. A lead alloy impacted probable pistol ball of post-Medieval date, AD 1600 - 1850. The ball has been fired and has struck a solid object as it is now a in the shape of a flattened disc with a slightly thicker centre. It is characteristic of balls that have struck a hard flat rough surface at high velocity and can be compared to examples in Harding (2012, Lead Short of the English Civil war: a Radical Study, plate 25). Part of a cast lead alloy, toy gun of late Post-Medieval or Modern date, probably AD 1850 - 1900. Only the stock survives; the rest has broken away and is missing. The stock is hollow cast, becoming solid at the break, where the trigger guard would have been. The lower portion of the stock has scrolled floral designs on either side while the upper stock, which protrudes from a mouth-like moulding, is decorated with cross hatching.
