An incomplete cast copper-alloy hooked tag of Post-Medieval date. It has a circular plate, missing its suspension loop at the top of the plate due to old breaks. The front face has moulded decoration comprising a central cross surrounded by two concentric bands of rectangular or square shaped motifs. On the back face of the plate is an integrally cast cylinder that would have originally held in place the separately cast, and now missing, hook. A complete and worn Medieval cast copper-alloy circular uniface coin weight for a quarter noble (1412-1464). Withers & Withers 1995: 34 and 68. This coin weight is rectangular in cross-section. At the front there is a stamped lis with a crown above (crown is off-set). The rear face is flat and has fine linear striations. A complete lead or lead alloy flat spindle whorl, of Roman to Post Medieval dating (AD 43 - AD 1650). In plan it is sub-circular and sub rectangular in cross section. Both faces has have six moulded high-relief triangles, located around a slightly off centre perforation as decoration at the edge. The perforation which has an internal diameter of 9.3 mm. The whorl has a diameter of 30.7 mm and is 11.8 mm thick. It weighs 35.4 grams. The whorl is of a light to mid grey colour, with an even surface patina. Mid to late Bronze Age serrated implement, and possible knife/scraper, formed on a tertiary flake of pale honey flint with large cream inclusions. Serrated edges have been formed by short, semi-parallel, abrupt retouch to the distal/mesal edges and the oblique distal end edge. The height of the dorsal ridge has been reduced and the proximal end thinned by invasive, scaled, low-angled retouch. Dates from c1600 to c800 BC. The length is 41mm, width 17mm, thickness 8mm, and the weight is 4.60g.

Neolithic, patinated off white flint, leaf shaped arrow head, fashioned from a secondary flake off a beach pebble. It has been bifacially worked with removals to 80% of its surface. The centre of the ventral appears to retain a polished surface. The wings are met by a broad upper bow with central ridge whose top or crest is lost, flanked by wide flutes with outer ridges, and with knops at its corners. The lower bow is lost. Rim fragment from a late Medieval or Post Medieval cast copper alloy vessel. The thick everted rim is dished with a concave upper side and convex curved lower face. The broad flat top edge is thickened by a triangular sectioned swelling on the inner face. The lower point is just starting to bend back out before the break at the constricted neck where the rim met the body of the vessel. A pair of loops of length 23mm for the attachment of spur leathers are retained in the terminal; each comprises a rhomboid plate with traces of a rivet of diameter 2.7mm, a projecting pair of stops, and the looped part, which is closed by being bent back on itself. A post medieval copper alloy thimble dating to the 16th century. The thimble has straight sides with a separate dome at the peak. There are undecorated bands at the base and at just before the dome with a pattern of circular shaped pits spiralling from the lower band to the upper band. The circular pits also cover the dome. There is no evidence of a maker's mark and there is some dark grey discolouration across sections of the thimble. No exact parallels can be found for this object. A medieval iron candle holder dating AD 1270-1400. The object consists of a single cup, formed by folding a rectangular iron sheet with rounded ends to create a cylinder. There are two stems, both are squared and taper to a point but have been rounded but wear. There is a large amount of sediment contained within the cup. Examples of medieval candle holders can be found in Egan (1998, 142-143) though this example seems to be a hybrid of the straight-stem and the right-angled stem types.
