An incomplete copper alloy Late Roman flat-bladed nail-cleaner with varying decoration (Group). Broken at the suspension loop, which is set perpendicuar to the main body of the nail cleaner. Several collars seperate the suspension loop from the body of the implement. The nail cleaner has broad shoulders before tapering down to a blunt point, which is bifurcated by way of a deeply etched vertical line.
The face of the nailcleaner is decorated with a border filled with short lines. The inner panel has floral motifs etched into it.
The reverse of the nail cleaner is blank and plain.

A cylindrical chape made up of stamped copper alloy sheet, dating to the 15th-17th century. The base is a circular disc fitted into the base, 7mm in diameter. The upper edge has V-shaps cut out of it as decoration and is mis-shaped due to post depositional damage. The longitudinal seam is no longer held together by sodler. The decoration is floral with a central row of raised pellets flanked by solid lines, and a similar sequence of pellets and solid lines at the top edge, leaving a blank area of 13mm before the edge.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy solid pelta shaped object, probably a modern barrel tap handle. The inside edges of the loops and the outside edge of the main curve are bevelled from a central ridge, due to filing down the casting seams.The central rectangular section has an uneven break.
On both flat faces of the object is stamped WARNER, giving the object a modern date.
58mm long, 31mm wide and 6mm thick. Weigh: 50.32g.
