A complete single loop kidney shaped buckle frame and pin, of Late Medieval dating (AD 1450 to AD 1550). The buckle frame and pin are present, the strap plate is missing, presumed lost in antiquity. The buckle frame is kidney shaped with a triangular knop at the centre point, acting as a pin rest. The loops of the buckle frame has been decorated. The decoration consists of a groove to either side, parallel to the edge, and a row of raised squares betweem. The strap bar is offset, and rounded knops are present at either end. A complete copper alloy modified probable strap clasp, of Late Medieval to Early Post Medieval dating (AD 1400 to AD 1500). The probable strap clasp frame is sub rectangular in plan, with a recessed back, and thin side walls. The front of the clasp is triangular in shape (pointed), with incised decoration. Copper alloy jetton. Hammered French Jetton, probably issue of c.1475-1500; Barnard (1981, French jettons no. 52) cites a comparable obverse minted in Paris dated to 1488. Obverse description: Lozenge with Arms of France Ancient [four lis], a pellet between each side and the circumferential legend, which is possibly punctuated by crowns. Copper alloy with enamel mount. Cast symmetrical mount comprising a central hexagonal plate flanked by opposed elongated collared lugs, each with a drilled attachment hole of diameter 3mm. The plate bears the device of three cinquefoil florets springing from a small tapered receptacle against a parti-coloured enamel ground, mid blue to the right and [now] green to the left. The object is now gently curved. The decorative use of enamel was especially characteristic of 13th-century Limoges work, while the three flowers could allude to the Holy Trinity. An incomplete copper-alloy right-angled drop handle from a vessel, of Medieval dating (c. AD 1270 - c. AD 1350). Approximately 75% of the handle is present, consisting of one of the animal head terminals, and a vertical and horizontal shaft. The other animal head terminal and a vertical shaft are missing, presumed lost in antiquity. The horizontal and vertical shafts are rectangular in cross-section (7.5 x 6.2mm). A cast copper alloy, single loop buckle with an integral plate, dating from about AD 1250 - 1400. It has an oval frame with a broad outer edge and a pointed knop at each end of the strap bar. The plate is narrow, tapering to a point, and is decorated with two transverse ridges flanking a bulbous area. There is a single rivet hole containing the remains of a copper alloy rivet, and a circular perforation for the pin below the strap bar. The pin is missing. A rim sherd from a Cast copper-alloy cooking vessel of Medieval date. A rectangular fragment from the wall of the vessel preserving part of the out-turned rim survives, the remainder now missing due to old breaks. It has a dark green patina with bleckened exterior surface indicative of exposure to high temperatures or fire. The fragment measures 47.92mm in length, 46.52mm in width, 3.22mm in thickness and 37.76g in weight. This is a rim sherd from a cooking vessel of Medieval date, c.14th-15th centuries AD.

A medieval copper alloy strap end dating to the 14th century. The object is formed of a single sheet of copper alloy which has been folded widthways. It would have been connected to the strap by two rivets, which are no longer present. The rivet holes have been drilled from one side and are located along the open edge on both sides of the object. One side of the strap end appears to taper from the bend to the opposing edge. The object has some damage and has developed a light-mid green patina. A complete and worn Medieval cast copper-alloy circular uniface coin weight for a quarter noble (1412-1464). Withers & Withers 1995: 34 and 68. This coin weight is rectangular in cross-section. At the front there is a stamped lis with a crown above (crown is off-set). The rear face is flat and has fine linear striations. The brooch is annular and flat, with a small narrowed notch in the frame, which would have accommodated the pin, now missing. The outer face of the frame is decorated with simple incised lines radiating from the centre hole. It measures 17.43 mm in diameter, 1.41 mm thick and weighs 0.97 grams.
