Fragment of the hoof-shaped terminal of a Late Iron Age to early Roman copper alloy linch pin, roughly circular and cast with a chord missing, and part of the ankle or shank. At the break across the shank a large air-hole has been exposed. A blob of metal adheres to the reverse near the edge. Parts of the surface and the fracture are blackened. An incomplete copper alloy terret, of Late Iron Age dating 300 BC - AD 100. Around 25% of the terret is present, the rest presumed lost in antiquity. The profile of the terret is oval in cross section and originally the object would have been D-shaped. There is decoration along the length in a La Tene style possibly a tendril. Similar to WMID-2BCB95, YORYM-4C6C21 and YORYM-C23B67 on the database.
The length is 44mm, the width is 15mm thickness 7mm and the weight 8.26g.

An incomplete copper alloy item difficult to identify possibly dating 300BC to 410AD. It is possibly the bow from an early Iron Age brooch, part of a terret ring or mount. The fragment is long, tapering and curving in different directions and the apex and terminal at which points it is also broken. Similar to SF-70C8C7, and YORYM-017E93on the database.
The length is 28mm, the width is 10mm thickness 4mm and the weight 4.07g.
