A circular, cast lead alloy weight of uncertain date, but probably Medieval or post-Medieval, about AD 1400 - 1800. It is in the shape of a shallow dome with a convex upper side and a flat base. It is possible that there is a design of three lions passant on the upper side, with only the upper of the three lions being discernable, but extensive patinated damage and wear makes this uncertain. A cast lead alloy artefact, probably a weight, of unknown date. It is conical with a rounded apex and has a small, circular hole vertically through the centre (diameter 4mm). It is 24.2mm in diameter and 17.8mm high. It weighs 53.47gm (1.875oz). The lead has a grey patina, with dents and scratches. A Medieval or Post Medieval date is perhaps most likely.

An incomplete Medieval to post-Medieval cast copper-alloy cooking vessel leg dating from about AD 1250-1650. This leg is oval in cross-section and is mis-cast, with a deep concavity in the wide end, and a hole and cavity in the other end which is rounded and tapered. It has a light green and brown coloured patina. Compare IOW-FA6317 which is a larger example of similar style.

A lead alloy toy watch dating from the late 17th or 18th century. it is circular and convex on both faces, though damage has caused a depression in both faces. The edge round the top of the watch face is missing, revealing the two pieces that form the watch and the hollow inside. Both sides have the same design: a beaded edge, a band of ornate foliage decoration in relief, including large C scrolls, and then another row of beading before the clock face in the center. A fragment of a rowel spur probably dating from the Post Medieval period, probably the 17th century. It consists of two sections of a divided, copper alloy neck and a rowel of six points.The outer ends of the neck are pierced to take a copper alloy pin on which the rowel is mounted; this pin remains in place. The outer sides of the neck are decorated with shallow, diagonal grooves which give the effect of twisted wire (barley twist). A cast lead alloy,biconvex spindle whorl, probably of late medieval or early post-medieval date, AD 1400 - 1600. It is pierced with a central, circular hole (9mm diameter), in one side of which is a rectangular concavity. One face is decorated with a pattern of random pellets, the other side is very worn but has traces of raised lines in a lattice pattern. It is 25.6mm in diameter and 9.4mm thick. It weighs 28.12gm. Decorated whorls are usually attributed to the 15th or 16th century.

A cast lead alloy spindle whorl of unknown date. It is circular and flat (discoidal), without any decoration, and has a central, circular hole of 8mm diameter. It is 25.4mm in diameter and 7.3mm thick. It weighs 29.06gm. The metal is patiated to a white colour, with a recent gash showing as unpatinated grey metal. Flat discoidal whorls were used from the Iron Age through the Early Medieval period, and probably later too (Walton Rogers 2007). It is an example of a Coppergate Type B1 whorl.

A cast lead alloy spindle whorl of possible Early Medieval date, about AD 500 - 600. It is conical and has a central, circular hole of 6mm diameter. It is 19.7mm in diameter and 10.4mm high. It weighs 17.6gm. The lead has a creamy white patina. Similar whorls are discussed in Walton Rogers (2007). She suggests that this shape and central holes of a diametre of 6-9mm are more likely to be 6th century in date. However, neither feature is a reliable dating technique, so a later date is also possible.

A lead alloy impacted pistol ball of post-Medieval date, AD 1600 - 1850. The ball has been fired and has struck a solid object as it is now a in the shape of a flattened disc with a slightly thicker centre. It is characteristic of balls that have struck a hard flat rough surface at high velocity and can be compared to examples in Harding (2012, Lead Short of the English Civil war: a Radical Study, plate 25). The leading face displays a pattern of radiating striations. It has a light grey patina. In its current configuration it is 25mm long, 22.9mm wide and 3.4mm thick. It weighs 9.76gm.

A Post Medieval iron ring from a foot patten dating from about AD 1720 - 1900. The patten component has an oval ring of rectangular section, a raised platform at the heel where there is a trapezoidal attachment plate with two rivet holes and one iron rivet surviving, and a raised "cooking pot" shped attachment plate at the toe containing the remains of a single rivet and with a broken projection at the front. Incomplete ring-headed Late Iron Age to early Roman linch pin 100BC - 100AD. The loop is circular in plan and section. A bulbous collar is present projecting from one edge of the fitting with a worn base. The centralsection is iron which is now corroded and it terminates in a copper alloy lip-type. The length is 137mm, width is 24mm thickness 14mm, the width of the loop is 37mm, the hole is 20mm, and the weight 163.85g. Similar on the database to YORYM-72DC52 and BERK-6F69D7.
