An incomplete post-medieval copper-alloy and gilded ball-headed pin with filigree and granulated ornament (1500-1600). The lower part of the shaft is missing.
This pin has a hollow spherical head with applied filigree and granulated ornament in the form of circlets punctuated by knops. A large flat knop extends from the apex of the sphere. The pin head is divided into two hemispheres by an equatorial transverse soldered join. A complete Neolithic to early Bronze Age flint sickle or knife (4000 BC-1601 BC).
This implement is sub-triangular in plan and sub-rectangular in cross-section. It has been retouched on both faces around the edges and the removals are short, parallel and semi-abrupt. Both faces are shiny and grey with creamy mottling.
Length: 58.52mm; width: 38.45mm; thickness: 13.81mm. Weight: 33.63g.

A complete post-Medieval cast copper-alloy furniture fitting in the form of an escutcheon plate (c. 1650-c. 1750).
The escutcheon or mount is sub-circular in plan, moulded at the front and flat at the rear. At the centre there is a circular hole for a handle which measures c. 5.70mm in diameter. A rose design at the front has six outer petals and six inner petals. The petals of the outer rose alternate with projecting transverse ridges, which probably represent sepals.
The metal is a matt reddish brown colour with light green copper-alloy corrosion products.
