Late Bronze Age copper alloy awl with square-sectioned tang and round-sectioned point. Much of the surface is pockmarked but where it is not there is a rich brown patina. Length 67mm. A copper-alloy blade fragment of Bronze Age date. Only part of the blade survives, the remainder of the object is missing due to old breaks, now worn. The surviving fragment is rectangular in form, pointed oval in section with an oval mid rib. The cutting edges are flattened and are partially incomplete due to old breaks. This blade measures 38.85mm in length, 21.19mm in width, 3.72mm in thickness, 14.30g in weight.

Complete cast copper flanged axe from the Arreton metalwork assemblage dating from the Middle Bronze Age, c. 1700-1500BC. The axe is in good condition with only some damage to the surface. It has parallel flanged sides and a round butt end, a very shallow stop ridge and a widely splayed blade with upturned corners. There are nicks and dents on the surface, especially toward the cutting edge, but there are still signs of wear and resharpening on the blade.
