Two copper alloy Roman coins that are fused together by corrosion products binding the sandy soil. One is a sestertius and one a dupondius.
The sestertius is of Trajan and dates from AD 102 - 117 (Reece Period 5). The edge is damaged and the reverse is illegible. Probably mint of Rome.

32.6mm diameter, 4.06mm thick.
