Incomplete Medieval copper-alloy composite strap end spacer. The spacer consists of a flat open sub-circular plate with the remnants of the two prongs for the forked spacer projecting from one side and a small knop, probably for a stylized acorn terminal projecting from the other side. Strap ends of this type are dated c. 1250-1400.

A Modern advertising token overstruck onto a George III halfpenny or possibly a guinea token. The bust of George the III can be seen on the obverse but the reverse is overstruck with an advertisement for a local Nottingham toy and gift shop. It reads BEECROFT'S NOTTINGHAM FOR PRESENTS & CHEAP[...] with MARKET PLACE in a line across the middle. Dated 1870s to early 1926 when the shop was located in the Market Place. Beecrofts was a well-known toyshop in Nottingham.

A lead uniface token dating to the period AD 1250 to 1800. The object is flat and sub-circular in plan and decorated on one side with a pattern of raised lines and pellets possibly an elaborate letter 'A' or an elongated crown. Lead tokens are difficult to date precisely and could be Medieval to Post Medieval in date (1250-1800 AD). The majority of lead tokens are thought to date to the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, c. 1600-1800 as increasing numbers of dated tokens are found.

A complete post-Medieval copper-alloy hooked sword belt fitting dated AD c.1500-1600. the fitting consists of an irregularly shaped flat plate which is curved top-to-bottom and projecting from the bottom edge is a C-shaped hook with a zoomorphic terminal. The plate has moulded and incised symmetrical decoration in floral or vegetal form. There is a trefoil shaped terminal at one end below which it narrows before widening to rounded shoulders. About a third of the way down from the shoulders it tapers to the other end where there are two lugs flanking the neck of the projecting hook. …

A complete copper-alloy buckle of Medieval date, AD c.1250-1400. The buckle is a single loop oval with ornate outer edges and a narrowed offset strap bar. The pin, formed of a thin strip of copper-alloy is folded around the strap bar. The ornate outer edge consists of two rounded outer knops with a series of ridges between, There are also two smaller knops to either end of the strap bar. The undecorated arms of the buckle are semi-circular in section. For a parallel to this buckle see Whitehead's 'Buckles', p19, No 86.
