An incomplete Post Medieval / early modern (probable 18th century) silver cufflink. The extant cufflink is one part of a single cufflink or cufflink element / disc. It consists of a single pressed silver octagonal disc which is missing its soldered D shaped attachment loop / staple on the reverse. The hoop would have originally been linked by an elongated oval silver wire loop which would have been threaded through the attachment hoops.
