A fragment of a Medieval to post-Medieval copper-alloy finger-ring (c. 1400-c. 1600). Half of the bezel and less than half of the hoop have survived. When complete, the bezel was oval. At the centre an incomplete design within a recess is unclear. Surrounding the design are radiating grooves forming a star-like design. Close to the edge is an oval groove. The shoulder of the hoop. A complete post-Medieval copper-alloy mount (c. 1600-c. 1700). In plan, the mount is in the form of two sub-oval terminals, bulbous at the front. They are divided by a smaller sub-rectangular feature at the centre consisting of two transverse parallel ribs. The rear is flat and at each end there is a tapering integral spike/rivet. These are 'D'-shaped in cross-section, flat at the rear. The mount is reddish brown with flecks of a green patina. A complete Mesolithic flint blade (10000 BC-4001 BC) The blade is broadly rectangular in plan, triangular in cross-section and has no cortex. The dorsal face has four flake removal scars divided by sharp and prominent arrises. The ventral face has no bulb of percussion but does have diffuse ripples. There may be a small length of retouch on the proximal end of the ventral face. However, this may be damage.
