A Medieval to Post Medieval copper alloy mount. The mount is circular in plan; it is C-shaped in section and has a raised central boss at the front and a concave hollow at the back. There are the remains of two integral lugs, or perhaps a central bar, at the back for attachment.

A Post Medieval copper alloy button. The button is circular in plan; both faces are flat. The front face is decorated with a pattern of four curvilinear 'swirls' arranged in cruciform within a circle. There is a semi-circle in the space between each swirl.The back face is plain and there are the remains of an attachment loop, now partially broken away. The button probably dates to the 18th century.

A Post Medieval copper alloy rectangular buckle frame. The central spindle and pin are missing. The buckle frame is curved and has a C-shaped section and was probably used as a shoe buckle. It dates from c. AD 1720 - 1790. A similar buckle can be seen in Whitehead (2003) p 104, number 665.

A Post Medieval copper alloy double loop buckle frame, dating from c. AD 1500 - 1650. The frame has a notched rounded point on each side of the strap bar. There is a small knop on the frame above and below the strap bar. the strap bar is very thin, possibly due to wear, and has broken in one place. The pin is missing. A similar example can be seen in Whitehead (2003), p55, number 316.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy Post Medieval rowel spur, missing the rowel and its four attachments, c. 17th century AD. The rowel spur consists of a rowel box, a neck and two arms with their figure-of-eight attachment-ends. Both arms have been bent outwards through old damage and additional damage make measurements difficult. Overall it measures approximately 82.4 mm long (with damaged arms), no indication as to original width and weighs 30.9 grams.

A worn cast copper alloy Post Medieval animal rumbler or 'crotal' bell, dating to between 1600-1850 AD. The bell is spherical in shape and is comprised of two hemispherical domes with a slightly raised join around its circumference. The upper hemisphere has two circular sound holes and has a sub-rectangular suspension loop projecting from the top with an irregularly drilled sub-triangular suspension loop hole. The buckle remains consist of a double loop oval buckle frame with a central strap bar, but is missing its pin. The buckle frame measures 24.2 mm long, 20.3 mm wide, 3.7 mm thick and weighs 2.6 grams. For similar examples cf. Whitehead 2003, p53.

Incomplete medieval gilt copper alloy spur buckle, the inside edge of the plate missing, with oval frame, strip pin and D-sectioned plate with a pin hole, one extant rivet hole and three transverse moulded ribs. Broadly comparable with Whitehead 2003, no. 195, but with more pronounced ribs and the rivet hole through one of them. Extant length 29.8mm. Width of frame 14.5mm. Width of plate at break 4mm. 13th - 14th century.

The latter is circular with an integral sub-circular sectioned rivet on the reverse, and with the lower part bifurcated and folded backwards around a copper alloy spindle.
