Copper alloy possible Spur fragment. Cast terminal, possibly from a spur side, of offset figure-of-eight pattern with an indented end, from a spur side of lentoid section. The lightness of this flimsy piece introduces doubt as to its identification, though most of the spur fragments reported from the vicinity also appear to come from spurs made for children. Suggested date: Post-Medieval,1600-1700. Length: 28.1mm, Height: 14.1mm, Thickness: 1.9mm, Weight: 1.83gms.

Copper alloy Spur fragment. Cast rowel box and heel from a small rowel spur; the rowel and its spindle are lost. The spur sides were probably of ovoid section. Abraded. This was probably for a child's spur. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1600-1700. Length: 23.1mm, Width: 27.1mm, Thickness (side): 3.4mm, Weight: 5.60gms.

Buckle plate made from copper alloy with gilding. A flat plate, figure-8 in shape, comprising two unequal ovoid elements with a pair of small knops projecting between them. At one end, beyond a further pair of knops, is a slotted lug which is folded back behind the larger plate to form a pair of hinge loops and a small rectangular underplate. A pair of small domed rivets, of head diameter 2.9mm and length 4mm, pass through the plates and secure the underplate. Gilding traces remain on the display face. Late Medieval, 1350-1500. Copper alloy with gilding harness pendant. A cast concavo-convex discoid plate with an integrally cast oval suspension loop at right angles to the display face/s. There is a central drilled hole of diameter 2.5mm in the plate. Sluight traces of gilding appear on the convex side of the object. Fiercely abraded. Suggested date: Medieval, 1200-1400. Height: 34.6mm, Width: 18.3mm, Thickness: 1.4mm, Weight: 2.26gms.
