A Roman copper-alloy Q-Radiate of Allectus dating to the period AD 293-296 (Reece period 14). VIRTVS AVG reverse type depicting a galley left with mast, cabin and four crew; no waves. C Mint, QC. RIC V, pt 2, -. Although not in RIC, a few specimens with the obverse legend IMP C ALLECTVS P F I AVG have been recorded. This coin is included in Sam Moorhead's corpus for RIC.

A complete struck / hammered copper alloy Q-Radiate of Allectus (AD 293 to AD 296) (Reece Period 14), probably VIRTVS AVG, Galley left with mast and cabin. Mint unclear. Diameter: 17.8 mm. Coin has been photographed and measured through a cardboard presentation wallet. Weight and thickness were not taken. The first image is the reverse which is 90 degrees out. This coin has been considered for Sam Moorhead's corpus for RIC.
