The obverse depicts a bare headed bust facing right and is inscribed AVRELIVS CAESAR AVG PII F COS. The reverse depicts Juventus standing left throwing incense on to an altar and is inscribed [IVVENTVS] S C. Mint of Rome. RIC III p173 no 1232a.
