A cast copper-alloy undifentified object of probable Medieval date, in two joining fragments due to post-depositional damage. The object is cylindrical in form, tapering slightly to each end, and is curved to an angle of 90 degrees at it centre, probably as a result of post-depositional damage rather than being its original form. A cast copper-alloy finger ring, probably made from part of a late Roman flat-section bracelet. The ring is 'C' shaped in plan, with two rectangular terminals, each having a recessed dot in the centre and separated from the hoop by a pair of transverse grooves. The band of the ring is decorated with a string of recessed dots extending down the centre of the outer surface, flanked on either side with ring-and-dot designs. Copper alloy furniture fitting in the shape of a human head. The head is spherical with an upwardly pointed triangular nose in the centre which is flanked by long narrow oval eyes. An incomplete cast lead biface token of probable Post-Medieval date. Approximately half survives. It is flat, circular in form and with moulded decoration on both faces. Both faces depict possible geometric design. One depicts concentric circles and the other depicts diagonal lines. This token measures 19.45mm in diameter, 1.49g in weight. Similar tokens are noted by Mitchiner and Skinner (1984: plates 16-22) and suggest a date range in the 16th to 18th centuries for the current example.

An incomplete and misshapen post-Medieval sheet copper-alloy closed thimble (c. 1750-c. 1900). This thimble is squashed and the sides taper inwards from the base towards the crown. The outer face has fifteen horizontal lines of probable machine made indentations on the upper part. Below there are a pair of double horizontal lines of indentations. The rim is plain and the crown is largely obscured by a deposit of corroded iron. There is no indication of any manufacturing marks. The thimble has a matt green patina. A copper alloy Medieval seal matrix probably dating from about 1300 - 1400. The circular matrix has a fluted conical handle on the reverse, terminating in worn rounded perforated knop. The design is of a lion rampant inside a border formed of two intertwined squares creating an eight pointed star. There is a letter in each external angle forming the legend: "S' SECRETI" meaning 'secret seal'. A copper alloy Medieval mount, probably from a box or casket. It is made from a piece of thick wire, about 2.5mm in diameter. The ends have been hammered flat and decorated with a chevron then two transverse bands, then a small domed area round a rivet hole. Both ends are the same. The holes have been punched from the front of the mount leaving displaced metal on the reverse. The flange of thin metal beyond the rivet hole is rounded and seems to be complete at one end, but is square and is probably a break at the other end.
