Mid grey flint, with heavy white patina overall. Debitage fragment. Flake with two long and two short flake removal scars on its dorsal aspect. The finder kindly suggests a Late Mesolithic date. The patination over all worked surfaces argues this flake was exposed for a long period; both ends have been broken in antiquity. It was recovered along with four other flakes in similar condition.
