An early Anglo-Saxon copper-alloy small long brooch. The headplate is square, with three shovel-shaped wings (one is incomplete). The headplate contains a perimeter groove, but the interior of this - along with the wings - contain irregular spaced circular patches of corrosion. It is unclear if these are irregularly placed ringed dot motifs, or just corrosion. The bow is arched and faceted, and a series of tranverse grooves decorate the foot. The terminal is missing. A single lug is located on the reverse of the headplate, and a catchplate is located on the reverse of the foot.
