A copper-alloy buckle frame of Medieval date. It is as Meols type D with rectangular frame, offset and narrowed rectanglar bar, and separate sheet roller at the outer edge. The frame measures 15.55mm in length, 16.47mm in width, 4.20mm in thickness and 2.17g in weight. It is of Medieval date, c.14th century AD (cf. Egan and Pritchard, 1991: 315, 440).

A copper-alloy buckle plate of Medieval date. It is formed from a single rectangular plate folded at the frame end to create an upper and lower plate of equal size. The object has rectangular frame recesses and a central circular pin hole, missing the frame and pin due to old breaks. At the centre of the attachment end is a single circular rivet hole. The entire object measures 21.70mm in length, 15.93mm in width, 4.57mm in thickness and 3.63g in weight. This buckle plate is of probable Medieval date, c13th-15th centuries AD.

The front face bears a worn central motif featuring a staff topped by a fleur-de-lis and flanked by two birds facing one another.
