One probably Iron Age body sherd of quite hard, reduced pottery with profuse flint grits, pale oxidised exterior, with one perhaps deliberate roughly triangular impression. Thickness 11mm. Weight 14g. 8th century BC - mid 1st century AD.

A late Iron Age - Roman copper alloy bead probably dating 100BC-AD410. The bead is biconical with a central circular perforation for suspension. The perforation is slightly off-centre. Museum of London conservators suggestedthis is a heavily leaded bronze but also noted that the material had a slightly odd, anomalous appearance that may be due to water-logged conditions. Incomplete Iron Age-Roman copper alloy Colchester type one-piece brooch, with bent forward-facing hook, three loops and part of the cord of the missing spring. Short wings,(one mostly missing), and a tapering sub rectangular - oval-sectioned bow. slight stump of missing catch-plate. Incomplete Iron Age La Tene I one piece brooch with an expanding strip bow. The brooch has worn surfaces and both spring and pin are missing. Slightly concave face and convex sides, no traces of decoration. Foot with catchplate, ending in an upturned double disc-shaped terminal, with a smaller disc uppermost. Length 52mm. Width of bow 9mm. Thickness of bow 4mm. Weighs 9.04g. 400-200 BC.

An incomplete Late Iron Age copper alloy strip bow brooch, missing part of both wings, axis bar and pin . It measures 64.26mm in length and weighs 3.45g. The wings span 15.34mm, although the damaged wings are missing part of there length as well as its curl to the reverse. The bow below has a slight curve but is otherwise straight. It measures 7.94mm wide below the head, narrowing to 4.17mm at the worn break. The edges are raised and flanked by a groove, filled with worn rocker-arm decoration. A copper alloy Iron Age (c.400-200 BC) La Tène I brooch, cf. Hattatt Fig.147 no.4. THe pin and one of the spring coils has become detached, but it the brooch is otherwise complete. Overall it measures 50.50mm long, 13.85mm wide and 14.35mm thick. It weighs 7.91g. The spring is a four coil type. From the spring the bow extends forward and curves downward, expanding from a width of 3.15mm to 7.35mm. As it curves backwards again it tapers towards the foot to 2.35mm.
