A cast copper-alloy strap fitting or mount of Post-Medieval date. It has a zoomorphic plate in the form of two entwined, serpentine creatures. Each has oval head and small projecting ear(?), their bodies entwined around a central circular aperture. Traces of moulded decoration and gilding are present on the front face of the mount. The back face has two integrally cast rivets or lugs, one at each end of the plate, that are oval sectioned and taper to incurving points that are missing their tips due to old breaks. An incomplete cast copper-alloy finger ring of Medieval date. The bezel, stone and the shoulders of the hoop survive, the remainder now missing due to old breaks. The bezel is rectangular in form with traces of gilding and a central oval setting. This contains a blue/purple/grey glass(?) cabochon that has suffered from some post-depositional damage but is mostly complete. At each side of the bezel are the remains of the shoulders of the hoop. An incomplete copper alloy Post Medieval (c.1570-1700) double loop trapezoidal buckle, missing one of the loops, the pin and the buckle plate. The strap bar has been bent out of shape. Overall it measures 16.55mm long, 20.70mm wide and 2.90mm thick. It weighs 1.35g. Only one loop survives, the frame of the other having broken off at the strap bar. The loop is trapezoidal in plan and triangular in section. The strap bar has a lobed protusion at either end and is slightly raised above the rest of the frame. The entire object measures 36.01mm in length, 15.84mm in width, 4.24mm in thickness and 2.00g in weight. This is a leaf-shaped arrowhead struck on a small flint flake.
