Post Medieval (16th century) knife cap: the copper alloy knife cap is sub-trapezoidal in plan with the long edge being slightly bevelled on the side faces. The side face also has a slight triangular section. The long edge, in profile, has a wide vertical rectangular slot and the opposite edge has a smaller, vertical, rectangular slot. The surface of the knife cap has a shiny dark brown/green patina. In length the knife cap is 10.95mm, 15.9mm wide and 9.1mm thick. It weighs 5.6g. Medieval or early Post Medieval (14th to 16th centuries) open thimble or 'sewing ring': This thimble is circular in cross-section and the side tapers inwards from the base towards the top. The outer face has a columns of six or seven circular indentations. There are no manufacturing marks. This thimble is a dark green/brown colour. The upper edge is slightly abraded. It measures 17.66mm diameters, 14.37mm tall, the wall is 1.12mm thick and weighs 4.9g. The sewing ring dates to the Medieval to post-Medieval, 14th to 16th centuries.

Medieval (13th to 14th century) possible strap end: The copper alloy strap end is formed by two separate crescentic plates, each has rivet hole in each corner. The plates are joined with a copper alloy rivet. The upper plate has traces of a downturned lip at the apex of the exterior edge, forming a void between the two plates. The upper surface of the plate is engraved with a black letter 'R' within a linear border. The lower plate is undecorated. The surface of the strap end has a dark orange/brown patina. Medieval (14th to 15th century) vessel leg, probably an ewer: The copper alloy leg is an elongated inverted trapezoid when view from the front face, whose foot is then splayed outwards forming a triangular foot. In profile, the leg is obliquely angled and is semi-circular in section, with the rounded edge forming the outer face. The upper edge of the leg is broken, but not recently. Medieval (mid 12th to 13th century) casket mount: The copper alloy mount is formed by a moulded, slender, sub-rectangle which has a slender elongated knop at one terminal which surmounts a circular rivet hole. The rectangular body of the mount is triangular in section with the exception of three rectangular blocks as decoration. One of these blocks has a central rivet hole and it towards the opposite terminal. This terminal has a rectangular slot forming an 'n' shaped terminal which appears to be a broken edge. A complete copper alloy casket key of medieval date. The key is small with a circular cross section. The bow extends from one end of the stem and is circular in plan with a circular central hole. The opposite end of the stem terminates in a hollow below which a double warded bit projects. The metal has a dark blackish brown patina and is worn. The key is 37.2mm long, the bow is 14.2mm in diameter, the stem is 4.6mm in diameter and the bit is 8.2mm wide and 2.6mm thick. The key weighs 6.6g.

An incomplete copper alloy nail cleaner of Roman date. This nail cleaner is of Crummy's Type 2a. The blade is a pointed leaf shape, tapering gently from rounded shoulders to terminate in an old, worn break. A rounded rectangular collar is present at the upper end of the leaf-shapes body from which the remains of a circular suspension loop project. The metal has a mid brownish-green patina and is worn. The nail cleaner is 35.9mm long, 10.3mm wide, 4mm thick and weighs 3.4g.
