A post medieval cast copper alloy strap fitting of irregular shape and uncertain design. The reverse of the fitting has two pointed lugs which still have a fragment of leather within them. The design could represent a flower. There is a central globular knop with three additional globular knops partially around the central one, beneath which are two raised curves, beneath these is a further raised curve on the edge of the fitting. It probably dates to the 17th century.
