Copper alloy and iron knife. The stub of an iron whittle tang knife of length 17mm, width 5mm and thickness 3.5mm fixed in a copper alloy sheet metal sheathed wooden handle of length 26mm, now partly decayed. The handle tapers slightly from a flat top, which has a tear drop shape, with the two curved faces of its metal jacket meeting as a butted seam of keeled form on one side, and flattened opposite. Copper alloy finger ring. Cast D section band expanding towards a flat bezel resembling an heraldic shield with slightly indented sides, and of a tint contrasting with that of the band, suggesting it to be a distinct attached plate of thickness c.1.5mm. A series of four rectangular stamps in the style of hallmarks appears behind the bezel; these are: the numeral 15; a cushion crown; an indistinct character; and possibly a thistle. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1700-1800. Internal diameter: 19.5mm, Width (at bezel): 14.1mm, Thickness (at bezel): 4.6mm, Weight: 10.47gms.

Copper alloy strap end fragment. Cast sub-rectangular openwork plate with twelve rounded apertures evenly distributed either side of a central spine. The decorative scheme gives out at a lightly stepped edge, and the object is bifurcated hence, with part of its divided extent lost at a jagged and possibly recent break.
