A copper-alloy scabbard chape, probably dating from the Medieval period. The chape has been cast in one piece, is 'U-shaped' and has a central slot. A number of horizontal grooves decorate the top end of both arms, and the horizontal top side of one arm has also has been 'toothed'. On either side of the chape a circular-sectioned rivet extends across the central gap, linking the front and back sides. File marks are visible on the surfaces of the chape. There is a small amount of damage to the back of the piece. Length: 28.2mm; width: 22.6mm; depth: 7.2mm; weight: 9.39g.

A copper-alloy stirrup terminal, dating from the Early-Medieval to Medieval periods. The piece is zoomorphic, taking the form of a three-dimensional representation of the head and neck of a beast. The terminal is roughly semi-cylindrical, with the forward-facing head at the distal end. The animal has a moulded brow ridge, on either side of which is a ring-shaped eye with central pellet.
