Possibly a large fragment of a Roman Wirral type brooch dating from the early Roman period, that is c. AD43-200. Only the bow and head remain, most of the pin rest, foot and pin are missing. The surface of the brooch is very worn and no trace of enamel or moulded decoration remains. The general shape and outline suggests a humped rectangular cross-section and a rounded head. The spring mechanism was hinged.

Cast copper alloy figurine and base dating from the late post-medieval or modern period that is c. AD1600-1900. The disc is 76mm in diameter and has a moulded decoration on the inside and a pedestal foot/ring on the underside. There are two perforations (one large, one small) in the centre of the disc, probably to hold the soldier in place, who has a matching lug and another hole in the soles of his feet.The inside of the disc is decorated with a moulded ornamental border composed of a beaded outer circle and a ring of flowers, possibly a wreath, on the inside. An incomplete cast copper alloy post-medieval spur arm and terminal, dating from the 17th century. The spur arm has three openwork elements of a rectangular, triangular and semi-circular form. Both the roughly rectanguler and semi-circular ornaments have two circular perforations, the two latter being for the rings and mounts that would have attached the leather strap.
