An iron rivet of uncertain date. The head is rectangular in plan, with a slightly convex upper surface. The shank projects backwards at 90 degrees from the underside of the head, is of rectangular cross section and has a wedge-shaped distal end. Probably for the reinforcement of a door. Head length 31.33 mm x Width 25.82 mm . Thickness 7.38 mm. Shank length 19.34 mm Thickness 8.56 mm Width 11.98 mm. Weight 33 g.

A fragment of a copper alloy Medieval to Post Medieval (c. 12th to mid 19th century) cooking vessel body. The rim is rounded in profile and has straight sides which taper in thickness. The only original edge is the rim, the other edges of the fragment are all broken, but not recently. The external surface has traces of a black substance which is carbon deposits presumably. The interior has a smooth, shiny surface which is a mid grey colour. The fragment measures 22.37mm wide across the rim and 23.44mm long from the rim to the lower edge. It weighs 7g. A copper alloy sheet repair patch for a copper alloy vessel or handle attachment plate for an object such as a skimmer: The patch/plate is sub-trapezoidal in plan, but has been crumpled and torn so the original shape is uncertain. There are four circular perforations measuring between 3.85mm and 2.92mm diameter along one edge. The patch/plate has a well developed mottled dark green shiny patina. A Medieval to post-Medieval cast copper-alloy cooking vessel leg/foot (c. 1250-c. 1650). At the front, this leg has a central vertical central mid-rib flanked by two ribs at each side giving it a fluted appearance. At the top there a small portion of the integral body which is striated on the inner face. The rear face is flat and the bottom is rounded. The object is green and light brown and the breaks are old.
