A cast copper-alloy strap slide of Medieval date. It comprises a trapezoidal loop with internal spiked projections on both sides towards the base of the object. The top of the frame expands slightly but is worn due to post-depositional corrosion. The entire object measures 22.41mm in width, 14.11mm in height, 2.09mm in thickness, and weighs 1.39g. This strap slide is similar to examples from London (Egan and Pritchard, 1991: nos. 1254-1265) and dates to the 14th century AD.
