A complete Medieval cast copper-alloy sword pommel (c. 1300-c. 1450).
This pommel is circular in plan and sub-rectangular in cross-section. In width, it is slightly narrower at the top than at the bottom. Each face is flat and the edges are bevelled at each side. A rectangular tapering hole extends through the pommel from top to bottom. At the top it measures c. 18.0mm x c. 11.0mm and at the bottom it is c. 12.0mm x c. 8.0mm.

Undated rim or foot from cast copper alloy vessel. Probably late medieval or early post-medieval. Rim sub-triangular in section with flat upper edge, straight internal vessel wall and curved outer edge. Only a short section of the vessel below the rim survives. Original diameter (reconstructed) c. 210mm. Breaks ancient and worn. The form is unlike that of everted rims of late medieval and post-medieval cooking vessels.

A fragment from a cast copper alloy 'Winchester Style' strap end of later early medieval date (900 - 1100 AD). Only the very tip of the strap end survives - the beaks on the edges are all heavily eroded . In plan the fragment is semi-circular (D shaped) and in section it is lentoid. The exterior edge is decorated with a series of D shaped arches, from the base of each arch a lentoid rib extends which conjoin at the mid point. Cast copper alloy crotal or rumbler bell of probable post medieval date (1650-1850). The bell is sub-circular in plan and profile with an integral cast sub-rectangular suspension loop attached to the top - lost through modern abrasion. The upper hemisphere of the bell is decorated with radiating cast ribs that swell at the mid point. It has two cast circular holes (diameter 3.2mm) positioned either side of the suspension loop. An incomplete / broken cast copper alloy double looped buckle frame of post-medieval date (1550-1650). The buckle frame is broken across one loop removing approximately 50% of the frame. The pin is lost but would have been attached to the central bar by the terminal being folded back upon itself. The exterior edge of the frame is notched with an undulating pattern of projecting ribs and knops. The central pair of ridges may have acted as a recessed groove / pin rest.
