A cast copper alloy buckle. In plan the buckle frame is a rectangular loop, originally the frame was double looped but one loop is missing. The breaks of the second loop are not recent. The loop is decorated with fine triple stranded obliquely angled grooves within a linear border. The strap bar is narrowed and rectangular in section with rounded corners. A cast copper early Post Medieval double looped oval shaped buckle. The remaining single loop of the buckle is undecorated, but the outer edge is obliquely angled and the apex is expanded in width forming a point on the exterior. The reverse is undecorated and is flat. The strap bar is slightly narrowed, and is sub-trapezoidal in section, and has a slight moulding at each terminal. A cast copper alloy Roman brooch. The wings are semi-cylindrical with heavily abraded terminals, therefore it is not known whether there were any wing caps. The wings are decorated with a pair of obliquely angled linear grooves. The axis bar, pin and spring or hinge are all missing. Probable Post Medieval cast lead uniface token. The token carries a design consisting of linear ridges which may depict a leaf, but this is not certain. The reverse is undecorated. The surface is a matte mid grey coloured patina. The token measures 24.16mm diameter, 3.23mm thick and weighs 9.8g. Lead tokens had a wide variety of potential uses such as use as tallies, gaming pieces, tickets, weights, etc. and are believed to have been locally produced; they are therefore difficult to date precisely. A cast lead or lead alloy, possible, cloth seal fragment which is incomplete. The seal is formed by two oval shaped discs, the upper thicker than the lower. These appear to be conjoined at one edge, not with the usual stud. The upper face of the seal has a ship stamped on to it. The ship has a billowing sail and rigging with an aftcastle behind the main mast. There are traces of a rope border on the edge of the seal. A round copper alloy object resembling a sunken cake, possibly a roughly cast ingot that has been cast into a circular, flat bottomed mould. The object has a greenish grey patina but has several areas of surface damage (after passing through a combine harvester!) that reveal bright copper alloy beneath. It is almost circular in plan, with a flattened base and a concave upper surface. It is 45mm long, 40mm wide, 13mm thick and weighs 132g.

A small Roman flat enamelled disc brooch. The upper surface of the brooch is perfectly flat, and although the edges are slightly damaged it retains all of the original inlaid enamel decoration. This consists of a six-pointed red enamel star within a copper alloy border and with a circular copper alloy centre. The star is surrounded by six triangular cells of blue enamel within a damaged and incomplete copper alloy rim around the circumference of the brooch. It is 20mm long, 18mm wide, 6mm thick and weighs 2.65g.
