A complete cast lead alloy cap from a Post Medieval powder measure (1600-1700 AD). It has straight sides with a circular base and one open end. Where the sides meet the base there are two attachment loops which are now bent slighty upwards. There is a vertical casting scar on both sides between the two loops. The sides have been slightly squashed inwards producing a more angled circle than on the base but is otherwise in better condition than most examples on the database. A copper alloy sphere which may be a post medieval dagger pommel. The sphere is cast in one piece. It has a diameter of 19.95mm. There is a square hole in each end of the sphere. The holes are neat, small hole is (5.04mm diameter) and the other one is larger at (7.80mm diameter). The sphere is hollow and the wall is only 1mm thick. Spherical sword pommels (Ward Perkins' type VI) were most common in the thirteenth century but survive into the 14th century (Ward Perkins, 1940) and then become more popular again in the 15th century. An incomplete Post-Medieval cast copper alloy buckle. The frame has rounded ends and concave sides, and is slightly rounded in profile. The inside ends are concave.The bar and pin are missing. There are lobed knops at the bar terminations. The buckle is incomplete with surface corrosion on the frame and further corrosion products at breaks from the bar. This is likely to date from the Post Medieval period, from circa (1600-1720 AD).

A cast copper alloy double loop buckle. The loops are oval with slightly widened outer edges. The buckle has bevelled sides to the outer frame and strap bar; the frame widens from the front to the back. The frame measures 20.40mm in length and 15.95mm in width and is 1.42mm thick. It weighs 1.1grams. Whitehead (2003) illustrates a similar buckle (page 53, No.294) which he dates to c.1350-1650 AD.

A complete cast circular unifaced lead alloy token, dating to the Post Medieval period. The obverse of the token is decorated with the raised initals 'CS' the 'S' in retrograde (backwards) in the centre with a pellet between. The reverse is blank. The token measures 16.01mm in diameter, 2.23mm thick and weighs 3.6 grams. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally; they are therefore hard to date precisely but those with initials are thought to be Post Medieval in date (1550-1800 AD).

An Incomplete cast copper alloy right-angled drop handle, probably from a vessel of Medieval date (AD 1270 - AD 1350). Overall length 114.36mm, width of surviving part 58.03mm and maximum thickness 10.93mm. Weight 68.02g. The horizontal and vertical shafts are octagonal in cross-section and have a maximum diameter of 10.93mm. There is an acorn knop on the end of the corner.
