A copper alloy strap fitting or strap loop, dating to the later medieval period c. AD 1350-1550. The loop is roughly square in plan with a thin rectangular frame; at the base of the strap loop is a rivet for securing it. The front of the loop has a rounded bar with a central hatched design raised slightly above the main bar. Similar strap loops can be seen in Egan, G. and Pritchard, F. Dress Accesories: Medieval Finds from Excavations in London, (1991: 232).

A cast copper alloy Roman plate brooch with evidence of reuse. The brooch is circular in plan and has two inner concentric panels, the innermost panel being recessed with an external collar. This inner panel would have probably held an intaglio or a plain stone or glass insert. The reverse of the brooch retains part of the catch plate, however where the pin hinge would have been there are two copper alloy rivet, both of which pierce through the brooch plate entirely; one is loose. Post-medieval copper alloy pommel of a rondel dagger, discoidal with a central square hole for the tang and around the edge sixteen lobes alternating with radial grooves which extend to the edge of the aperture. A fairly common type, with many examples on this database, e.g. GLO-32CDB3, SF-2CE1D5 and NMS-933617, the last from Foulsham, Norfolk (HER 39728). Some examples are considered to be late medieval to post-medieval. Diameter 38mm. Thickness 10mm. Weight 60g. Hole 7 x 7mm. 16th century.

A cast copper alloy medieval harness pendant, complete and in fair condition. The pendant comprises the rectangular hanger, which has a stud on the reverse for attaching the pendant to the strap, and an iron pin through the simple hinge to which is attached the pendant. An irregular shaped copper alloy mount - possibly from a staff or walking cane of late post medieval date (1600-1800). The mount is broadly sub-rectangular (rectangular with rounded corners) and C shaped in cross section.
