A medieval dress-fitting in the form of a raised circular mount with a cabled border within a serrated edge. At the centre is engraved a representation of St Peter holding a large key against a gilded hatched background. The figure of St Peter appears black, possibly due to the oxidisation of the silver. A fitting is soldered to the reverse in the shape of an elongated S. The dress-fitting is silver-gilt and dates from the late fifteenth or early sixteenth century. An incomplete copper alloy Roman (AD 43-410) snake bracelet, missing part of the band and one snake's head terminal. The surviving band is rather bent and the break is old. The surviving part measures 47.48mm in length and weighs 3.11g. The band is D-shaped in cross-section, being flat on the inside surface and measuring 3.06x1.67mm at the break. At the intact terminal, the head measures 5.29mm wide and 2.65mm thick. Grooves flank the opposing longer sides and the snout is slightly curled upwards. A cast copper alloy brooch of Middle Iron Age Type 2L c.300-150 BC. The brooch has a fat rounded body, hollowed on the back. At the upper end is an integral transverse circular-section bar (half of which is missing, and originally c20mm in length) which is partly decorated with encircling grooves. The head of the brooch is decorated with similar grooves arranged in a chevron formation.
