A corroded post-medieval copper-alloy dress hook, incomplete following an old break at the junction of plate and hook. The plate survives with an integral trapezoidal loop. It has a hollow-backed oval body. Within a pellet border is a classical style female bust facing left (when the loop is lowermost). A similar dress hook can be found illustrated in Read (2008, 94; no. 336), broken in a similar place, and classified as his Early post-medieval Class E, Type 3. Late medieval to post medieval cast uniface lead-alloy token of Powell Class 19. It is decorated on one side with a raised design of a quadruped within a plain line border, probably a stag with head lowered and antlers rising over the back, alternatively it is a long necked animal. The reverse has two straight incised lines crossing off centre. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally. They are therefore hard to date precisely and examples with simple designs could be medieval to late post medieval in date (c. AD 1250-1800).
